The BDM‑Sponsorship Sales will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that elevate the value proposition of our expos and drive substantial revenue growth. This position holds a critical function in establishing and nurturing strong alliances with businesses, brands, and industry influencers, thereby ensuring the triumphant execution and continual expansion of our expo events. Roles and Responsibilities • Formulate and implement a holistic sponsorship strategy aimed at attracting a diverse range of sponsors and exhibitors that seamlessly align with the themes and objectives of our expos. • Create customized offerings for exhibition space and booths as per the exhibitor requirements. • Efficiently identify and conduct comprehensive research on prospective sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators capable of enriching the quality of our expos and augmenting the overall experience of attendees. • Foster and uphold robust relationships with pivotal decision-makers within potential sponsors' organizations, comprehensively grasping their marketing aspirations and tailoring bespoke sponsorship packages to cater to their precise requisites. • Craft compelling and tailor‑made sponsorship proposals that effectively showcase the unparalleled advantages of forming partnerships with our expos. These advantages encompass heightened brand visibility, lead generation, and invaluable networking prospects. • Collaborate closely with the expo management team to ensure the flawless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements. This entails guaranteeing that sponsors attain optimal visibility and a superior return on investment throughout the event. • Forge close collaboration with internal cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Events, and PR. This synergy is aimed at harmonizing sponsorship initiatives with overarching marketing strategies and ensuring a coherent brand message across all facets. • Champion our organization's presence at industry events and conferences, thus engendering and nurturing relationships with potential sponsors and partners. Skills and Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling. • Must have worked for international exhibitions and shows. • Must have experience working with Blockchain Events. • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree would be a notable advantage. • Exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiencies. • Demonstrated track record in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. • Innate self‑motivation, an unwavering commitment to producing results, and the ability to flourish within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
