We are seeking an experienced e Mobility / EV Charger Sales Manager to lead and grow our EV charging business in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EV charging solutions (AC & DC), proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to manage strategic accounts and large-scale projects across Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on business growth, key account management, and market expansion, working closely with developers, consultants, contractors, fleet operators, and government-related entities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for EV charging and e Mobility solutions in Riyadh. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including developers, end users, consultants, and strategic partners. Lead sales activities for AC & DC EV chargers, from opportunity identification to deal closure. Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Identify new market opportunities, projects, and partnerships within the Saudi market. Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies. Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments related to e Mobility. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events related to EV and sustainable mobility. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in sales or business development within EV charging, e Mobility, power, or energy solutions. Strong knowledge of EV charging infrastructure (AC & DC chargers). Proven experience handling large projects and strategic clients in Saudi Arabia. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong understanding of the Saudi market and stakeholder landscape. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
