Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of five, work with Pre-Sales team, promote Cybersecurity and Infrastructure solution and services for customer
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external parties on matters related to Cybersecurity solution and services
• Develop and implement both short and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives
• Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals
• Regularly reporting to senior management and manage teams' daily sales operations
The Successful Applicant
• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' experience of IT Security Lead
• Track record in driving sales strategies, provide coaching and drive business results.
• Sound knowledge with IT related qualifications
• Knowledge of Security Product, infrastructure, cloud solution
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
• Possess leadership skills to build a proactive, high-performing team
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
