You’ll own the full sales cycle, break into new accounts, and drive revenue for our premium recruiting and talent solutions. What You’ll Own • Drive new business in executive search, recruiting, and related talent services • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing and account growth • Execute high-quality outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, email, events) with daily activity and conversion targets • Build and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target industries • Pitch and present solutions to HR leaders, executives, and business owners • Maintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot CRM and hit/exceed monthly revenue targets • Collaborate with recruiters, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure client success • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our service lines What We’re Look • Proven closer with a history of exceeding aggressive B2B sales targets • Minimum 3+ years in outbound B2B sales; professional services, tech, or recruiting experience preferred • Strong prospecting skills; confident starting conversations with senior executives • Skilled communicator who can build trust quickly and articulate value in competitive markets • Confident managing the entire sales cycle independently • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar) • Resilient, competitive, and target-driven — thrives under pressure • Willing to work in-office full-time In Burnaby (Coquitlam/Port Moody HQ coming soon). Flexibility considered once trust is built and targets are consistently exceeded. Ideal Background • Sales executive or business development rep in recruiting, HR consulting, or professional services, or Tech & Software Sales • High-ticket service salesperson in another industry looking to pivot into talent solutions • Entrepreneurial sales performer who’s built their own book of business and wants a bigger platform Compensation • Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience) • Uncapped Commission: Top performers consistently earn $200–250K+ OTE, with no cap on upside • Growth Path: Opportunity to build and lead a sales team within 12 months as we expand nationally • Hybrid flexibility available for proven high-performers who prefer an individual contributor role but must being hitting KPI’s.
