System Performance Engineer II Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled System Performance Engineer II to join our team. This role involves monitoring and optimizing LTE/5G network performance using hourly/daily KPIs, alarms, and trends.
• Lead or represent Performance Engineering on feature rollouts, new node integrations, and centralized projects-manage deliverables and hold partners accountable.
• Troubleshoot RAN hardware and performance issues-independently via coordination with RF Field Integration Core teams.
• ID poor coverage/performance areas run root cause analysis propose/track optimization actions parameter tuning feature activation neighbor changes tilt/power tweaks.
