• Installing, configuring , testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Responsible for the technical deployment and support for CAMS Application and overall monitoring of the health of CAMS infrastructure.
• Perform daily checkup to ensure zero down time for CAMS Application and also work under MOI Datacenter Consultant to perform all CAMS related activities.
• Support MOI Datacenter team on other Datacenter activities, providing system status reports.
• Support MOI Datacenter team for Windows Active Directory (2008 & 2012), SCCM, SQL & WSUS.
• Liaise with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or system and for resolution of any adaption issues.
• Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines
• Maintain the company software programs and applications database.
