We are currently seeking a seasoned System Engineer to provide both technical and operational support for our Hybrid Cloud infrastructure, which encompasses both Private and Public environments. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing intricate IT systems, particularly in the realms of cloud computing, virtualization, and network security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain the Private Cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of servers, storage solutions, load balancers, and various subsystems.
• Conduct capacity planning, routine maintenance, and patch management to guarantee system reliability.
• Troubleshoot system incidents and deliver effective user support to resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including administrative procedures and disaster recovery protocols.
• Engage in system-related projects, contribute to technical research, and conduct proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Support our Public Cloud environment through monitoring, deployment, and troubleshooting tasks.
Required Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization technologies, and network security principles.
• Proficiency with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and NSX-T.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux environments, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Public Cloud services is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
