Endpoint Compliance Administrator
The Endpoint Compliance Administrator will be responsible for application packaging, patch targeting, and compliance reporting across endpoints and other relevant systems. This role will own the patching and security compliance aspect for feature updates and third-party software updates for operating systems and other applications, partnering with Cybersecurity and EUC teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain device inventory hygiene to ensure accurate reporting for audits and other compliance efforts.
Job Responsibilities
• Application and OS software packaging
• Package and maintain architecture & design software and plugins, coordinating version control for all applications, including Revit, Enscape, and related add-ons.
• Own Patch My PC operations, including new projects, monitoring publishing status, and ensuring the integrity of device inventory in systems like SCCM, Intune, and JAMF for successful deployment of patches and applications.
• Manage Windows quality and feature updates, report on compliance, identify endpoints not receiving updates and remediate any issues.
• Security and Regulatory Compliance
• Investigate endpoints (and when necessary, servers) with abnormal vulnerabilities; remediate and coordinate any additional aspects with Engineering and Cybersecurity teams.
• Partner with Cybersecurity Team to prioritize vulnerability remediation.
• Own device directories and inventory systems to ensure accuracy of data for vulnerability and compliance reporting.
• Define and maintain endpoint compliance policies and enforce baseline requirements.
Technology, Projects & Partnerships
• Address relevant service desk tickets, and assist with resolving complex or escalated issues.
• Assist with management and support of Office 365.
• Partner with EUC Team to standardize workflows, improve troubleshooting playbooks, and enhance service quality for end users. Apply ITIL concepts, service desk best practices, and security principles to strengthen the end user computing environment.
Education, Work Experience, And Leadership
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Certifications
• ITIL coursework/certification preferred.
• Microsoft or other relevant industry certifications preferred.
Experience
• In-depth experience (at least 1-2 years) working with modern patch management platforms such as Patch My PC, Intune, and JAMF to deploy updates, manage application lifecycles, and maintain endpoint compliance.
• Hands-on experience with desktop management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Minimum of 3 years of service desk experience in a mixed-OS (Windows and MacOS) environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain operational practices aligned with SOC 2 requirements (access management, change control, incident management, etc.).

• Ability to think innovatively and apply thoughts to fundamental concepts.
• Experience supporting compliance and security initiatives within an IT operations environment.

• Ability to assist staff in adapting to changes brought on by new technology and help them see the value and benefits of new technology.
