We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer & Developer with 8+ years of experience to lead the design-to-development pipeline.
You will be responsible for understanding the intricate needs of our data-driven users, designing high-fidelity prototypes, and writing the clean, accessible front-end code that brings those designs to life.
This role is unique:
you are both the architect of the experience and the engineer of the interface, ensuring that our data platforms are as functional as they are beautiful.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Strategy:
Conduct deep-dive user research, develop detailed personas, and map out complex user journeys to solve data-heavy workflow challenges.
Human-Centered Design:
Translate business requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes using Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.
Front-End Development:
Hands-on coding of responsive front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring a 1:1 match with design specs.
Accessibility Leadership:
Ensure all designs and code meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance standards, making our data tools inclusive for all users.
Data Visualization:
Design intuitive ways to display complex data sets, ensuring clarity, speed, and usability.
Collaboration:
Act as the bridge between Product Managers and Backend Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and seamless integration.

Design & Strategy
Tools:
Expert proficiency in Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.
Methodology:
Proven experience in creating Journey Maps, Empathy Maps, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
UI Patterns:
Deep knowledge of modern design systems and atomic design principles.
Front-End Development
Core Languages:
Advanced HTML5 (semantic markup) and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Animations).
Scripting:
Strong JavaScript skills to build interactive components and handle front-end logic.
Compliance:
Expert knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and ARIA labels.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a dual UI/UX Design and Front-End Development role.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating both the research process (case studies) and the final coded output.
Experience in Data/SaaS:
Previous experience designing for data-intensive platforms or enterprise software is highly preferred.
Education:
Degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
