We are expanding rapidly and are now seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Dubai office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to grow within a global organization and be rewarded generously for results.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates MUST have:
• Native or Bilingual proficiency in English or Arabic
• 5+ years of Business Development experience
• Proven Track record of closing high-value deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• A proactive, results-driven “Will-Do” attitude
• Ability to work seamlessly within a team
• Great phone and client-facing skills
• High attention to detail
• Genuine passion to grow within the organization
• Ability to work with clients and partners across global markets
What We Offer
• Competitive Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 15,000 base
• Commission: On-target earnings combined (base + commission) typically total AED 12,000 – AED 20,000/month
• Performance Bonus on achieving yearly targets
• Top performers can earn AED 200,000 – AED 300,000 per year
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Equipment Provided: Laptop, Mobile Phone, Sales and Lead generation tools, CRM Software
• Marketing Support with in-bound qualified leads
