Their integrated approach combines technical expertise with strategic partnerships to support complex regional projects from design through execution. Description: Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the UAE market. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with deep industry knowledge in construction, power, engineering, or oil & gas and strong connections in the regional energy ecosystem. You will play a key role in executing corporate strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and cultivating relationships that result in measurable growth. Key Responsibilities • Formulate and implement business development strategies that align with corporate goals • Identify new project opportunities and partnerships within the UAEs Energy and Industrial sectors • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders • Track and report on regional industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and expand its network • Develop compelling corporate presentations, proposals, and marketing materials • Collaborate cross‑functionally with technical, commercial, and operations teams to tailor client solutions • Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, IFS) and business intelligence tools for pipeline management and reporting • Provide regular updates on business development progress, KPIs, and strategy performance Qualifications • Minimum 7 years of sales or business development experience in a relevant sector (Engineering, Construction, Power, or Oil & Gas) • Strong exposure to the energy market (traditional and renewable) in the UAE • Excellent knowledge of digital tools, including CRM platforms (Salesforce, IFS), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaborative tools • Ability to analyze data and market trends to support decision‑making • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a strong client service orientation • Bachelors degree required; Electrical Engineering background is a significant plus • Existing network within the UAE energy and construction industries is highly advantageous Why Join Us? • Be part of a trusted regional leader with deep industry expertise and a commitment to innovation • Contribute directly to strategic growth in one of the most dynamic energy markets in the world • Work alongside technical experts and business leaders across multiple regions • Competitive compensation with strong incentives for growth and client acquisition #J-18808-Ljbffr
