What You’ll Be Doing: • Drive business growth by understanding client goals and challenges, offering cutting-edge data-driven marketing and advertising solutions. • Achieve or even exceed sales targets by developing and managing key accounts with ambition and determination. • Stay ahead in the industry by mastering leading programmatic advertising tools, China ad solutions, and data analytics platforms to offer innovative pitches. • Build trusted relationships with prospective clients, delivering tailored solutions through insightful consultations and impactful presentations. • Solve client inquiries as a resourceful team player, creating value across regional and global markets. • Foster a flexible, supportive, and enjoyable work environment that drives excellence. • Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC markets, including Taiwan, Macau, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, to ensure seamless project management, campaign execution, and delivery. What Makes You Stand Out • Expertise in programmatic advertising, DPOOH, OOH solutions, and cross border solutions. • Exceptional analytical skills and a knack for turning big data into actionable, insight-driven strategies. • AI-curious mindset — you leverage or are eager to explore AI technologies to enhance marketing performance, streamline operations, and uncover new business opportunities. • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in Salesforce, SAP, and other data integration platforms. • Results-driven and creative problem-solver who consistently thinks outside the box to deliver measurable impact. • Proven ability to collaborate across markets and cultures, with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving expertise — embracing a cross-border perspective in every project. • Passionate about exceeding expectations and introducing innovative, data-powered solutions that drive transformation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration is preferred but not a must. • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in programmatic advertising and China ad solutions. (Experience with social media and SEM solutions is a plus.) • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partners. • Embrace AI, proficiency in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint or Canva. • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate sales data and implement improvements. • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects. • Strong problem-solving skills and the creativity to identify new opportunities for growth.
