The AWS Regional Market Expansion Team aims to ensure perfect alignment between AWS and potential users through the most professional consulting and the best customer experience. It serves as an external technical business development window for AWS, covering global customer cloud computing service technical consulting, regional business operations, and process optimization. The AWS Regional Market Expansion Team is recruiting Market Development Management Representatives from major universities. By joining the AWS Market Development Representative team, you will gain: 1) Leading global cloud computing technology and knowledge, with a 3-month new employee training, full participation in AWS technical training, and obtaining AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification; 2) Understanding of AWS business system and overall business operation strategic direction, learning the responsibilities of Marketing, Sales, PM, SA departments; comprehensive understanding of business characteristics, process optimization, and regional expansion plans in various regions; 3) Comprehensive sales training and Amazon leadership training. Key job responsibilities 1. Proficiently master all customer development KPIs; 2. Conduct in-depth exploration and communication with customers according to existing market activities, target customer lists, and industries, understand cloud computing needs, and solve some technical and business issues encountered by customers; 3. Clearly articulate the value proposition of various AWS services and related customer cases, and understand common AWS architectures and solutions; 4. Work closely with relevant personnel from various departments to achieve established activity goals and ensure customer satisfaction; 5. Assist the department manager in planning, work plans, summaries, etc., for the region; 6. Propose feasible improvement suggestions and lead completion; 7. Responsible for supporting the handling of abnormal situations. - Graduating between October 2026 and September 2027, with a bachelor's degree or above, major not limited; - Proactive and eager to learn new knowledge; - Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, CET6 or above.
