Reporting to the Human Resources IT Product Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the continuous analysis, design, and optimization of the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, driving significant process efficiency, data integrity, and employee productivity. The Analyst is responsible for translating complex, theoretical business requirements into detailed, technical system configuration and functional specifications. This position involves advanced technical support, performing in-depth root cause analysis, implementing proactive, data-driven system fixes, and ensuring the optimal, specialized function of the HCM platform.
PLEASE NOTE: Our current onsite work schedule requires attendance from Monday through Thursday each week, with remote work permitted on Fridays.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Acts as first-level HRIT support, managing and resolving Helpdesk tickets. Requires strong analytical skills to compare complex datasets from multiple sources to determine, reconcile, and correct data and system discrepancies. This includes performing specialized root cause analysis to identify systemic errors and developing technical procedures for their correction.
Documents complex, end-to-end business processes and conducts in-depth root cause analysis for recurring system issues to develop and implement long-term, proactive technical solutions that ensure system stability and performance.
Works closely with business partners to analyze, define, and document complex business requirements for system enhancements and customizations. Translates high-level business needs into detailed, functional requirements and then partners with technical teams to translate these into precise technical configuration requirements, providing consultation on the most effective system-based solutions.
Must possess an advanced understanding of data relationships, system architecture, and relational database concepts. Required to write and execute complex SQL queries for advanced data extraction, transformation, analysis, validation, and reconciliation. Analyzes large datasets to identify system trends, data integrity issues, and opportunities for technical improvements.
Designs, creates, reviews, and executes comprehensive, technical test plans and scripts for system changes and complex configurations. Validates that system changes meet both functional and technical requirements, including proper tracking and documentation of test results.
Reviews system software upgrades for mandated technical features, providing advanced technical support on complex issues identified during quarterly release updates and required technical testing.
Leads HR activities related to data conversion projects, including gathering, formatting, loading, and performing technical auditing of significant volumes of system data.
Supports SOX compliance and internal/external auditing requirements by preparing, analyzing, and validating specialized system data and reports. Assists with the quarterly security role review, providing technical support to pull requested access and permission information.
Proactively identifies and implements technical opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency through automation, system configuration, or workflow enhancements.
Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public.
Performs other duties as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS :
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a specialized STEM field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative/technical discipline is required.
A minimum of three (3) years of highly specialized experience supporting Oracle HCM in a production support or systems analysis capacity.
Requires advanced written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to understand, document, and translate highly complex technical requirements, process mapping, and system workflows.

SALARY:
$97,000 to $119,000 per year; in addition to base salary, a discretionary 10.5% annual bonus is provided.
The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
