Job Summary
RSKFC Research & Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support software and systems testing across internal and client-facing projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy identifying issues, improving product quality, and working closely with technical teams in a structured and collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring applications meet quality, performance, and usability standards before release.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute manual and basic automated test cases for web and system applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues clearly and accurately
• Validate software functionality against requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to resolve defects
• Support regression testing and release validation
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and quality standards
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with software testing or quality assurance practices
• Familiarity with bug-tracking or test management tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to follow testing procedures and meet deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
