We have an exciting opportunity for a System / Field Service Engineer to join us at TeamNote
You will be working in a team environment to provide high quality technical and operational support for mission critical IT systems. In this role, you will ensure service level and operational key performance measures are met on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate should have a 'can do' attitude and be able to think on their feet. You will gain experience managing legacy and innovative new system solutions, applications and processes. You will also be given the opportunity to learn and develop new skills including programming, scripting, application frameworks, networking.

Responsibilities:
• Work alongside with Senior Engineer and other team members to assist project tasks or as an escalation point for the Helpdesk staff when necessary
• Working with the development team to develop and maintain tools for deployment, health monitoring, network performance and security control
• Perform onsite/offsite system analysis deployment, configurations and troubleshooting
• Diagnose, resolve and report any issue encountered to the supervisor
• Ensure proper documentation, training material and other reports when necessary
Job requirement:
• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Azure and AWS Cloud Service providers
• Knowledge with Linux based system administration
• Knowledge in server programming, e.g. Python, , etc. will be an advantage
• Experience of working with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and continuous testing tools will be an advantage
• IT security related knowledge or experience will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail minded and result oriented
• Interest to learn scripting, application frameworks, networking and programming languages
