Responsibilities:
• Support and operate enterprise IT environments following established processes and best practices.
• Plan, deploy, manage, and monitor Windows, Wintel, and Linux systems and infrastructure.
• Perform daily system administration tasks, including health checks, patching, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Build, deploy, and manage physical and virtual servers to support application requirements.
• Administer and support virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter preferred).
• Ensure high system availability through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Plan, execute, and manage system changes, deployments, and patching activities.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory and domain controller environments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Provide on-call or standby support when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere preferred).
• Experience in patch management with dependency planning.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and generating utilization and alert reports.
• Good understanding of IT operations, incident management, and change management processes.
• Proven experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows servers, file servers, domain controllers, and Linux systems.
