Our client is a well-known and reputable financial institute in Hong Kong, and they are currently seeking a experienced System Engineer to join their IT system platform team, responsible for all-rounded system implementation and support, on-going AI, cloud and digitalization development.
Hardware: Cisco blade server, NetApp FAS Storage, F5 GTM, LTM, and APN gateways
Software: ServiceNow, VMware vSphere ESXi Enterprise, VMware vCenter Server, VMware Operation Manager, Microsoft SQL Server, I-sprint USO and UAS servers, Symantec End-point Protection server
Responsibilities:
• On-going AI, cloud and digitalization development and support
• Check system healthiness and performance on daily basis
• Perform system monitoring and tuning, system administration and housekeeping activities
• Conduct patch review and annual patch management exercise
• Perform system upgrade or enhancements
• Troubleshoot system incidents and is responsible for problem diagnostics and escalation to vendors
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum five (5) years of solid experience in system platform implementation and support
• Familiar with ServiceNow is preferred
• Sound experience in some of the hardware and software as above
