Role Description
This is a part-time, flexible, and fully remote Business Development role, ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals who manage their own schedule and focus on qualified, long-term opportunities rather than volume.
The role is commission-based and focused on introducing and qualifying new B2B clients for professional consulting services.
Responsibilities include identifying organizations that require ongoing support for existing enterprise systems, engaging with technical decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, IT Directors), and qualifying opportunities before introducing them to the company.
This role does not involve cold volume selling, high-pressure tactics, or selling individual developer hours.
The focus is on long-term consulting engagements, clear fit, and mutual value.
Qualifications
• Proven experience selling B2B professional services, consulting, or managed services
• Prior experience selling services related to software, IT operations, or enterprise systems is strongly preferred
• Comfortable engaging with technical and executive decision-makers
• Strong ability to qualify opportunities early and identify non-fits
• Experience in technology, IT services, or enterprise software environments
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote, independent setup
