We are seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Technical Consultant with growing expertise in Agentforce -driven Salesforce capabilities and Data Cloud to design, build, and deliver intelligent, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role blends hands-on development, data integration, and Agentforce enablement, while working closely with Solution Architects and business stakeholders. You will contribute to implementations that leverage Salesforce Agentforce (Einstein, Generative AI, Agentforce) and Data Cloud to unlock real-time insights, automation, and personalization across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Industry Clouds. Responsibilities: • Collaborate as part of a multi-faceted team to build robust and scalable Salesforce solutions using the latest technologies: SFDX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning (Aura) Components, HTML5/CSS/JS, Apex, Flows and Visualforce. • Provide your technical expertise in client meetings and help design and build the solutions to their business needs. • Be hands-on in the software development process and leverage your deep technical skills to produce well-structured and architected code, and develop scalable integrations, including REST & SOAP APIs. • Leverage your deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform (or specific Salesforce Clouds) to identify and implement the most appropriate customizations and integrations to/from other systems, including consuming or exposing REST/SOAP APIs, industry standards such as OAuth2/SAML, and complementary technologies. • Mentor the team and lead other technical peers through the right coding standards and practices to enhance and grow their skills. • Prepare mock-ups, architecture diagrams, data models, process flows, presentations, and other necessary documentation to communicate the proposed solutions. • Support the estimation of projects by providing the level of effort, skills required, and implementation approach. • Support the execution of individual work streams under minimal guidance. Serve as a technical lead on a project when required. Required Skills & Experience • Post-secondary education in a technology-related field. • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Aura, SFDX, SOQL, etc) and one area with significant depth (Experience Cloud, Service/Sales Cloud, Field Service, Consumer Goods Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.). • Be proficient in at least one of the Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Field Service, or Marketing), understanding everyday use cases and OOB capabilities helping to guide and execute the solution. • Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts (ingestion, identity resolution, activation). • Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein features and generative Agentforce concepts. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences, including both business and technical • Experience working in teams, a desire to collaborate with others, and a willingness to ask for help if needed • A self-driven, self-motivated attitude to get things done and to bring success to our customers. • Experience with agile development and methodologies • A passion for technology and continuous growth, with the ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments; curious-minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Good working knowledge of information security best practices in development and operational settings Certifications Required or Strongly Preferred • Salesforce Platform Developer I • Salesforce Administrator • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or other certifications Highly Preferred • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (or working toward) • Platform Developer II Nice to Have • Cloud-specific certifications (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) • Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience or certification Soft Skills & Attributes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to explain technical, AI, and data concepts to non-technical audiences • Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment • Comfortable working and mentoring junior staff and working with offshore • Eagerness to learn emerging Salesforce Agentforce and data capabilities • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
