About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a rapidly expanding field. Our Salesforce practice is at the forefront of transformative Salesforce.com implementations across all phases, including discovery, definition, build, testing, and deployment. You will be the main point of contact for clients after sales, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities
In this key role, you will help identify customer needs and develop crucial front-end components and services that significantly impact our technology success and drive revenue growth.
• Define and execute deliverables with a focus on efficiency.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed while managing engagement economics reports.
• Oversee resource planning, budget management, and project status tracking.
• Engage in client interactions as a workstream member or team leader.
• Be willing to travel as required, maintaining chargeability levels with billable hours.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience leading sessions to gather system requirements and understand client business processes.
• Proven success with multiple end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) CRM implementations.
• Integration experience and familiarity with various middleware tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, and custom development.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com configuration, Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Workflows.
• Able to lead solution design and identify gaps in current systems.
• Experience managing project timelines and finances for successful project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and risk management expertise.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and application development tools.
• A customer-centric focus with an emphasis on building relationships and trust.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com implementations, covering configuration and customization.
• Understanding of relational database concepts.
• Strong leadership, client development, and communications capabilities.
• Salesforce certification(s) highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• A higher degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
