Salesforce Experience Cloud / Partner Portal Specialist
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Hybrid: 1-3 days onsite per week)
Type: Contract (6+ Months)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in Partner Portal implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing secure, scalable partner portals that integrate seamlessly with internal sales and quoting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Portal Design: Lead the design and deployment of Experience Cloud solutions tailored for partner engagement and collaboration.
• Security & Visibility: Implement complex security models, sharing rules, OWD, and permission sets to manage data access for external partners and internal teams.
• Branding & UI: Configure community templates, themes, and components to deliver a seamless, branded user experience.
• Systems Integration: Integrate the Partner Portal with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and internal systems to support the unified sales cycle.
• Custom Development: Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for portal enhancements.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical user stories and designs.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) and Partner Portal implementations.
• Expertise in Salesforce Security: Mastery of profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and community-specific access settings.
• Sales Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of how portals interact with Opportunities, Quotes, and CPQ processes.
• Development: Strong experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Aura for portal customization.
• Integrations: Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs relevant to portal data flows.
• Work Arrangement: Must be local to the SF Bay Area for a hybrid schedule (1-3 days onsite per week).
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Niche Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
• Content: Knowledge of Salesforce CMS or Digital Experiences.
