What you must have:
• Bachelor's Degree.

• Certifications like Certified Blockchain Expert (CBE) or Certified Blockchain Solution Architect (CBSA) are advantageous.
Core Technology Skills:
• Understanding of key IT domains including infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with IT cost analysis and operating model design.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and assessment of IT capabilities.
• Ability to support performance management through KPIs and governance processes.
Blockchain Skills:
• Expertise in blockchain technologies, including strategy design and delivery leadership.
• Ability to manage large-scale blockchain programs across multiple industries.
• Understanding of smart contracts, interoperability, and integration with cloud and data platforms.
• Experience in advising C-suite executives on blockchain business models and tokenization strategies.
• Knowledge of emerging blockchain trends and their regulatory implications.
• Proven track record in building business cases that demonstrate the value of blockchain.
