Thisis the 1st dedicated Scrum Master hire into the software development team inthe Philippines. You will be working alongside a growing dev team of 20 stafflocally and ~15 additionally in the UK. This role is varied. We are seekingsomeone with a general all-round skill set that is used to simply getting stuckin. It is vital you possess good communication skills and are comfortabledealing with all levels of the business.
Yourkey job activities:
• Responsiblefor managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team inAgile methodology.
• Responsible toremove the impediments for the agile-scrum team.
• Arranged dailystand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo anddecision-making processes.
• Organizes andfacilitates the sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
• Helps productowner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready forthe next sprint.
• Helps teamwith quality of delivery & definition of done.
Skills:
• At least 4years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Experienceworking in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Fundamentalanalytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Knowledge ofConfluence/JIRA tools
• Aresults-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver keytasks.
• Ability topartner with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigateproject impacts.
• Experienceanalyzing and defining large ERP or Financial IT systems.
• Experience infinance with real time trading systems/market data.
• Experiencein working in a regulated financial firm.
