Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies and assist in managing the product backlog
Track team velocity and maintain JIRA / ADS boards for project management
Manage project scope, timelines, and financials while protecting the team from distractions
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile environment
Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices
Ability to manage project financials and negotiate priorities
Experience in coaching teams to improve performance and collaboration
