We are seeking an experienced, certified Scrum Master / Agile Lead to support agile delivery of a digital banking platform, including mobile applications for corporate banking and home lending.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams and stakeholders on agile best practices
• Remove impediments and support high-quality, on-time delivery
• Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
• Track agile metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with financial regulations and stakeholder communication
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery
• Background in fintech or digital platforms preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
Preferred
• Experience in mobile banking or lending platforms
• Knowledge of SAFe or scaled agile frameworks
