Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies including but not limited to sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint review, and retrospective
Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self‑organization
Identify and remove impediments to ensure seamless progress throughout the sprint
Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain and refine the product backlog
Foster clear communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Safeguard the team from distractions and proficiently manage external requests
Support adoption of Agile best practices across the organization
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
Experience working with cross‑functional development teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
Preferred certifications include CSM or PSM-I/II
Good knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong problem‑solving mindset with good planning skills and attention to details
Ability to effectively coach and influence teams and stakeholders
Adaptability in fast‑paced environments
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, excellent written and spoken Chinese and English
Immediate availability preferred
