Job Title: Salesforce Lead / Architect Location: Santa Monica, Los Angeles – Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 10+ Years Domain Preference: Life Sciences Hiring: Immediate Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead / Architect to drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), and Apex-based API integrations, along with strong experience in the Life Sciences domain. This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on development capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation initiativesDesign scalable solutions across Service Cloud and Community (Experience) CloudDevelop and oversee Apex-based integrations with external systems and APIsDefine solution architecture, integration patterns, and best practicesCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designsProvide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and adminsEnsure platform governance, security, and performance optimizationDrive code reviews, design reviews, and release managementWork closely with QA, DevOps, and integration teamsSupport production issues and continuous platform improvementsRequired Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experienceStrong experience as a Salesforce Lead or ArchitectDeep hands-on expertise in:Salesforce Service CloudSalesforce Community / Experience CloudApex, Triggers, Lightning Components / LWCREST/SOAP API integrationsPlatform architecture & data modelingExperience designing API-based integrations using ApexStrong knowledge of Salesforce security & governance modelExperience with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD practicesAbility to lead client-facing technical discussionsDomain Experience (Must Have) Experience working in the Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domainUnderstanding of regulated environments and compliance-driven workflows is highly preferred
