Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead a large-scale implementation project in the public sector. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring that the solution design aligns with industry best practices and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Oversight: Lead and supervise the implementation team, providing high-level architectural guidance and technical governance.
• Design Validation: Conduct rigorous reviews of technical designs, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce standards.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary liaison between the implementation team and the customer, advising on roadmap strategy and development best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality code delivery and efficient system integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Public Sector Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is good to have.
• Service Cloud Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Architectural Leadership: Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect capacity.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Onsite Presence: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to Lansing, Michigan, as weekly onsite collaboration with the implementation team is required.
