Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end system architecture and ensure detailed designs and implementations align with the Customer’s Enterprise Architecture and technology standards.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable technical and architectural specifications.
• Design, document, and govern architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and ICT domains.
• Propose, evaluate, and recommend products, platforms, and solutions aligned with the Enterprise Architecture, cloud strategy, and legacy modernization initiatives.
• Lead solution design for enterprise and cloud-based systems, including Salesforce platforms and third-party / cross-platform integrations.
• Review system designs, source code, and technical solutions throughout the SDLC to ensure quality, performance, security, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to break down complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
Experience and Competencies
• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience with proven experience as a Technical Lead and/or Solution/System Architect, with strong background in system design, performance tuning, prototyping, and system maintenance.
• Hands-on experience across full project development life cycles (SDLC).
• Strong ability to evaluate and recommend suitable technologies aligned with the Customer’s technology directions (e.g. cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, legacy system modernization.)
• Experience in designing and implementing .NET and/or J2EE applications, with excellent data modelling and SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of server-side .NET and/or Java development, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), web services, and public-facing web applications / e-services.
Skillsets Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, and Salesforce Platform API development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Service Cloud solutions, with a solid understanding of Service Cloud integrations, case management, and related workflows.
• Experience with third-party system integration using APIs, web services, or middleware platforms (advantage).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as below is a plus:
o Platform Developer I / II
o OmniStudio Developer
o Service Cloud Consultant
