A Day in the Life:
We're searching for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a minimum of 8 years in Salesforce implementations. You'll lead a talented team of over 20 Salesforce professionals, utilizing your deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and development to deliver secure, scalable solutions for our high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and meet business needs.
• Lead technical teams in developing and deploying innovative Salesforce applications.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce applications by overseeing system integrations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance system performance and user experiences.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication with efficiency.
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Strong skills in Salesforce technologies like Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are required.
• Proven ability to manage complex Salesforce projects and lead technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for technical concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration strategies.
• Knowledge in web application development and enterprise-grade solutions.

Salary Range: $115,800 to $202,700, based on experience and qualifications.
