Key Responsibilities
Accountable for revenue results, focusing team efforts on high-impact activities and collaborating with Marketing on pipeline initiatives
Provide consistent coaching to sales reps to help them achieve their full potential and identify areas for improvement
Make high-quality hires aligned with market demand, fostering a small, high-caliber team environment
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a team of Account Executives with a minimum of $5M / year in ARR at a growth-stage SaaS company
Proven track record in hiring and onboarding top-performing sales reps
Ability to coach and develop sales talent effectively
Operational mindset with experience in identifying and solving bottlenecks to accelerate deal flow
Expertise in product and industry knowledge to build trust with customers and team members
