A company is looking for a SAFe Scrum Master / Team Coach to support Agile SAP delivery on a U.S. Department of Defense program.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies for development teams
Coordinate dependencies and manage project risks while communicating with stakeholders
Champion SAFe best practices and assist the Product Owner in maintaining the team backlog
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance
2+ years of Agile software development experience
5+ years of experience with Scrum in data and software engineering lifecycles
3+ years of experience with U.S. Army business processes preferred
