What You'll Do
As a Sales Consultant, youll be out in the field- meeting surveyors, engineers, and construction professionals where they work. Youll uncover their challenges, demonstrate innovative solutions that transform the way they operate, and become the go-to partner they trust.
Your day-to-day will look like:
• Building new relationships and opening doors in your territory through relentless but thoughtful outreach
• Visiting customer sites to truly understand their workflow and pain points
• Demonstrating world-class geospatial instruments and software solutions
• Crafting proposals that align with the customers goals and closing the deal
• Following through after the sale to ensure every expectation is met — or exceeded
• Collaborating with internal teams to support customers and share insights from the field
• Tracking progress in CRM and meeting or surpassing performance goals with consistency and integrity
Who You Are
Youre not just after the next commission- you're hungry to learn, humble enough to collaborate, and confident enough to lead conversations with purpose.
Youll thrive here if you have:
• A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about technology and customers
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• A track record of closing deals while keeping relationships strong
• Grit, resilience, and a bias toward action- you make things happen
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM tools (Sage CRM or Salesforce preferred)
• Tech-savviness with tools like MS Teams, Windows, Word, and Excel
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience in surveying, GIS, mapping, construction, or civil engineering
• Hands-on familiarity with Trimble, Topcon, or Leica solutions
• 2–5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience
What Success Looks Like
• You hit or surpass sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Your customers view you as a partner-not a vendor
• You bring fresh energy, continuous learning, and team spirit to everything you do
Join a team that listens, supports, and celebrates your wins while giving you the tools to grow into your best self.
