Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Lead – Payroll & Data Conversion to architect, develop, and deliver payroll solutions and lead large-scale data migration efforts into Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
This role requires strong hands-on Payroll technical expertise along with leadership experience in Oracle Cloud implementations.
Responsibilities
Lead all technical workstreams related to Oracle Fusion Payroll and Data Conversion
Serve as technical SME for Payroll Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, Costing, and Payroll Reporting
Define technical architecture, standards, and best practices
Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (Earnings, Deductions, Absence, Validation, etc.)
Configure and support Payroll Flows, Calculation Cards, Costing setups, and Payroll Dashboards
Develop payroll reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Payroll Audit Reports
Support payroll parallel testing, reconciliation, and defect resolution
Lead end-to-end data conversion strategy (mapping, transformation, validation)
Develop and manage HDL, HCM Extracts, FBDI templates, and automated load processes
Perform data profiling, cleansing, mock conversions, cutover, and post-go-live validation
Mentor developers, offshore teams, and junior staff
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical development experience
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Fast Formulas
Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, FBDI, and large-scale data conversions
Experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and payroll integrations
Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and data transformation
Experience leading technical teams or workstreams in Oracle Cloud implementations
