Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead – Reporting & Integration to lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting and integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will serve as the technical SME for Oracle reporting tools and integration frameworks, while guiding teams through complex enterprise implementations.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Fusion reporting and integration solutions
• Act as technical SME for OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View
• Architect integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi
• Establish development standards, best practices, and governance
• Design and optimize OTBI dashboards and subject-area extensions
• Develop BI Publisher reports, templates, data models, and bursting logic
• Build and maintain FRS financial reports and Smart View templates
• Ensure report performance, security, data accuracy, and compliance
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements
• Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues
• Mentor and guide technical and offshore teams
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience (Reporting & Integration)
• 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View
• Expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi
• Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data models (ERP / HCM / SCM)
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, JSON
Nice to Have
• Public Sector experience
• Experience migrating from SAP to Oracle Fusion
