The Role We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Account Manager to take charge of expanding our Emerging Threats customer base. Your main objective will be to ensure smooth contract renewals to maintain our core Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while actively driving New Annual Recurring Revenue (NARR) growth through upselling and cross-selling. You will act as a trusted advisor to security teams, utilizing our intelligence resources to enhance their security initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse selection of mid-market and enterprise accounts utilizing Emerging Threats products. • Retention & Renewals: Engage proactively with customers ahead of contract renewals, initiating discussions 90 days before expiry to achieve a retention rate of 95% or higher. • Expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell): Identify opportunities within existing accounts to drive upgrades to premium services and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). • QBRs & Value Selling: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI), highlight threats that have been mitigated, and align our product roadmap with customer security strategies. • Churn Mitigation: Analyze usage metrics and engagement scores to spot at-risk accounts, promptly deploying recovery strategies. Required Skills & Experience • Experience: 3-5 years in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably within Cybersecurity or technical SaaS environments. • Closer Mentality: Proven track record of outperforming renewal and expansion quotas. • Technical Aptitude: Ability to engage in discussions about Threat Intelligence, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and firewall integrations with security engineers and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs). • Relationship Building: Skill in navigating large organizations and developing multi-level relationships, from Analyst to CISO. • Success Metrics: Experience in driving NARR, ARR, and revenue from upselling/cross-selling.
