Job Overview
We are looking for a Linux System Engineer to be responsible for the daily maintenance and technical support of Linux/Windows systems at client sites in Hong Kong. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stable operation of client systems, efficiently handling various system faults and security issues, and providing professional technical services. Good communication skills, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, patch fixing, security hardening, and performance diagnosis of Linux/Windows systems at client sites.
• Prepare and complete relevant documentation for handled cases in accordance with client requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• College degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and expression skills, strong initiative, rigorous and responsible work attitude, and certain pressure resistance.
• RHCE certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Rich experience in on-site technical support at client sites.
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of both Linux and Windows systems.
