Key Responsibilities
Own and manage key partnerships, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Drive revenue retention and expansion through consultative selling and collaboration with internal teams
Lead and mentor PSCs while establishing operating norms and leveraging data for decision-making
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in client success, client operations, solutions consulting, or project management, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
Experience in leading or mentoring team members
Ability to balance hands-on account work with team leadership and operational strategy
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions
Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments and create structure
