Key Responsibilities
Own the APAC institutional roadmap, defining and driving a multi-quarter strategy for Solana adoption
Provide executive-level technical leadership and engage with C-suite executives at financial institutions
Build strategic relationships and drive standards for institutional blockchain adoption across APAC markets
Required Qualifications
Native Mandarin speaker
7+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in solutions architecture or technical leadership roles
Proven track record of defining and executing technical strategies
Deep expertise in institutional payment systems or fintech platforms
Based in Greater China, Singapore, or Hong Kong
