Partner Solutions Engineer

This is a unique opportunity for a technically savvy, business-minded professional to collaborate directly with channel partners—ranging from MSSPs to strategic resellers—and guide them in positioning, implementing, and expanding adoption of enterprise-grade cybersecurity platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary technical advisor and enablement resource for strategic channel partners, helping them effectively position and deploy integrated cybersecurity solutions.
• Deliver compelling demos, technical presentations, and solution overviews tailored to technical stakeholders, sales engineers, and executive leadership within partner organizations.
• Partner with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to align solution capabilities with partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Design and implement scalable training, workshops, and enablement resources to ensure partner technical readiness and customer success.
• Participate in field events, webinars, and customer engagements as a technical subject matter expert.
• Support partner-led Proof of Concept (POC) efforts, ensuring successful execution and measurable business value.
• Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity platform capabilities, competitive differentiators, cloud infrastructure, and threat landscape developments.
• Actively gather and communicate partner feedback to influence product roadmap and channel strategy.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in pre-sales engineering, technical enablement, or channel solutions roles within cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure tech.
• Established expertise in partnering with key industry stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
• Strong technical foundation in cloud ecosystems and secure architecture design, with expertise in leading cloud providers.
• Strong technical fluency across topics such as XDR, SIEM, risk visibility, CNAPP, MDR, and threat response.
• Comfortable engaging with partners at both the technical and executive levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Canada for partner engagements and industry events.
Bonus Experience:
• Background in SOC operations, incident response, or security product development.
• Experience with scripting or API integration (Python, PowerShell, Bash) a plus.
• Knowledge of major compliance standards and frameworks, including security and data protection regulations.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or cloud-specific credentials (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer).
