Proactively identify gaps in capabilities, data, or processes and design solutions that unlock growth. Translate H&B goals into technical requirements with clear analytics measurement frameworks. Advise executives on tech investments, risks, and opportunities to drive market differentiation. Solution Stewardship Co‑create end-to-end H&B tech solutions with business leaders, digital product managers, and tech COEs. Lead vendor selection/RFP with focus on future‑proof capabilities. Develop business cases for new investments, including cost‑benefit analysis and adoption strategies. Lead and manage complex tech initiatives from concept to launch using Agile/Scrum leading cross-functional squads. Work with the business format to define success metrics to guide intended outcome and operational efficiency. Govern budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation. Report progress to executives with clear links to business impact. Champion innovation: Pilot emerging tech (hyper‑personalization), build proofs‑of‑concept, and scale successes. Drive value extraction of tech assets. Foster a culture of innovation via partnerships with educational institutions, startups, and internal incubators. Do you have experience as a Business Solutions Lead? 10+ years in tech roles with 3+ years in retail, including solution design, project management, business partnership roles. Demonstrated experience on leading 3+ large‑scale tech transformations with measurable revenue/efficiency gains. Technical Mastery in delivering Retail Excellence e.g. ERP, POS, Digital Commerce, and Marketing Technology. Track records of launching new tech‑driven capabilities. Business Acumen: Mastery of marketing/sales funnels, P&L levers, and ROI modeling. Influence: Ability to align MDs and format CEO on strategy, trade‑offs, and investment decisions. Technology: Familiarity with platform management, AI, MACH architecture, integration design, and agile experimentation frameworks.
