📝 Rquirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or a similar discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development
- Demonstrated success in delivering cross-functional IT programs within a corporate setting
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in a global matrix organization
- Understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with technologies related to Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and website development
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Lead complex, high-stakes projects from inception to implementation as the IT Project Manager
- Take charge of strategic initiatives, foster collaboration among teams, and deliver impactful solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment and accountability across stakeholders
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create comprehensive work plans, timelines, resource allocations, and status updates
- Conduct project meetings while managing tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by reviewing all project outputs
- Oversee vendor integration, manage tasks efficiently, and evaluate vendor deliverables
- Address scope changes, risks, and challenges, driving effective resolutions
- Monitor project financials and assess performance against budget and plans
- Relay progress through timely updates and facilitate effective decision-making
- Document lessons learned and obtain final approvals for projects
