OverviewWe are looking for IT Project Manager to lead government ICT projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery, meeting business needs and IT governance, collaborating with stakeholders.
Working Hours: Mon-FriWorking Location: One NorthJob Type: ContractSalary Package: Up to $8,000 (basic) + AWSResponsibilitiesOversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Handle infrastructure projects efficiently and effectively.Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, project team members, and external vendors.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Address and manage stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts and issues promptly.Ensure cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics.Ensure that user needs and feedback are incorporated into project deliverables.Ensure that all project activities comply with IT governance frameworks and standards.Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of deliverables.Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges.Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input.RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.Extensive experience in Project Management, participating in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile methodology with past development experience.Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI is an added advantage.Proven experience as a strong project manager with the ability to manage stakeholders and deliver project management artifacts.
