A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead software development projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and outcomes
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and practices
Act as the primary delivery point of contact for stakeholders and manage cross-team dependencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Agile project management, specifically in software development
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
