About the Role
We've built T-Rex, a next-generation data and engagement layer, reshaping value distribution for the entire web3 economy (read Adsense for web3). As Head of Business Development, you will work closely with our CEO to spearhead the Go-to-Market strategy and commercial playbook. This involves defining how T-Rex enters the market to identifying our initial customers and building commercial foundations.
Responsibilities
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design and execute the 0-to-1 launch strategy
• Customer Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close high-value partnerships
• Strategic Partnerships: Lead negotiations and integrations with key ecosystem players
• Product Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the customer," translating market friction and competitor gaps into actionable features for our engineering team.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent T-Rex at major global conferences (Token2049 etc.) as a thought leader in the space.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in business development ideally from B2B tech.
• Proven ability to build a GTM playbook.
• Demonstrated experience in acquiring users through "unscalable" means.
• Product-Led Growth Mindset with ability to segment user base and tailor unique value propositions for each.
• Knowledgable of Web3 domain
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Pay range and compensation package
This position is full-time and you will be working in Hong Kong. Pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
