The position partners closely with the CEO and Board, playing a critical role in shaping enterprise strategy, evaluating major growth initiatives, and supporting capital markets–related activities as the business enters its next phase of global expansion. Sitting across corporate strategy, investment, and long-term value creation, this role is well suited to candidates from investment banking, top-tier consulting, or corporate strategy / development backgrounds who are eager to operate at the center of executive decision-making in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. Key Responsibilities • Drive the formulation and execution of the company’s medium- to long-term strategic roadmap, with a focus on scaling operations, commercialization of advanced robotics and embodied AI solutions, and international market expansion • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategic evaluations of new business lines, product and technology alignment, go-to-market models, and overseas growth strategies • Conduct in-depth industry analysis and competitive intelligence across robotics, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, and adjacent ecosystems; synthesize insights into clear recommendations for executive and board-level discussions • Originate and support strategic M&A transactions, partnerships, and external investment opportunities, including target assessment, financial analysis, diligence coordination, transaction structuring, and negotiations • Serve as the company’s primary internal counterpart to external advisors, including investment banks, consulting partners, and private equity / venture capital firms • Contribute to fundraising initiatives, pre-IPO planning, and broader capital markets strategy, aligned with the company’s growth stage and long-term objectives Key requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above from a top tier university • Strong preference for candidates with global education and cross-border exposure • 5–10 years of relevant experience gained through one or more of the following: • Major investment banks • Top-tier management consulting firms • Corporate strategy or corporate development roles within multinational corporations or high-growth technology companies • Proven strength in financial modeling, valuation, strategic analysis, and executive-level communication • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments, working closely with founders and senior executives in a startup or scale-up setting
