As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and operational stability of enterprise-grade web applications for a critical government system. Your expertise will ensure high availability, performance, and security, playing a vital role in the system's ongoing success and adherence to service level agreements.
Role Responsibilities:
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
• Monitor system performance and availability, respond to incidents, and ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide technical support and guidance for application maintenance activities within the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) AWS environment.
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and architecture teams to drive process improvements and resolve technical challenges.
• To accommodate customer’s operational needs, there will sometimes be work outside of regular business hours.
Role Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and enhancing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for enterprise-grade web applications.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Experience in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring service level objectives are met.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to transmit information in a clear and unambiguous way.
• Have the skills and resilience to handle situations and deliver results on time with minimum supervision.
• A team-player who takes ownership.

• Certifications such as CompTia, EC Council, RedHat, Azure Cloud, or AWS Cloud Certification or Equivalent
