- Provides safety checks
- Inspects Boiler systems for safe operation reports abnormalities to the Charge Engineer
- Conducts rounds of building mechanical rooms reports abnormalities to the Charge Engineer
2. Complete systems operation maintenance essential to UBC operations including:
- Monitor water quality in both open aquifer loop district energy system heating cooling systems report anomalies or water quality concerns to Manager Engineering Utility Services
Responsibilities include administrative functions such as keeping maintaining necessary administrative records log books tool inventories holding p-card monthly reconciliations.
