Committed to delivering advanced technologies and exceptional service, we prioritize customer satisfaction and the safety of our clients’ assets. • *Overview** We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Supervisor • *Responsibilities** - Supervise and coordinate the activities of client service staff to ensure efficient delivery of services - Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions - Lead project management initiatives to improve service processes and client satisfaction - Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster professional growth and high performance - Analyze service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for upselling or sales growth - Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages to meet diverse needs - Negotiate contract terms and service agreements to align with client expectations and company policies • *Qualifications** - Proven experience in supervising or managing customer service teams within a security or related industry - Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Multilingual proficiency in English and additional languages is highly desirable - Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously - Exceptional analysis skills for evaluating performance metrics and client feedback - Effective negotiation and sales skills to promote services and expand client accounts - Previous experience in security operations or electronic systems is a plus but not mandatory Join us as a Client Services Supervisor - COT to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier security solutions.
